Coach Zz has over 13 years experience as a coach, over 20 years experience as a runner. She incorporates all aspects of training so they compliment your end race goals; whether that is to finish, claim a new personal best, start enjoying running, or return to running following an injury. With her master’s degree in Exercise Science, she has extensive knowledge on current research and practices for well-rounded training including, but not limited to: increasing endurance, increasing speed, improving running specific strength, improving running specific mobility, and prehab/activation exercise to correct imbalances. For the runners who have their running set, but need guidance on building muscular strength. Fantastic option for those who are injury prone to fix imbalances and mobility needs. All plans are set to where your body currently is and your muscular needs to help you become a more efficient, bulletproof runner.
